5th Grade Track and Field Day to be held May 19

The North Hills School District’s annual Fifth Grade Track and Field Day will be held on Monday, May 19 at Martorelli Stadium.

Fifth graders from all four elementary schools will compete against each other in track and field events including the 50- and 100-yard dash, long jump, shot put, discus and more! 

Students will be bussed to Martorelli after arriving at school in the morning. Students should wear the Track & Field Day t-shirt provided by their school’s parent/teacher organization. Each school has a different color each year.

Unless they are competing, students will be seated in the infield of the track. Water and snacks will be provided throughout the day and students will eat lunch at the stadium before being bussed back to their respective school for dismissal.

Spectators are welcome! Check out the schedule of events.

Please note that spectators are not permitted down around the track or in the infield and parents may also not take their student home from Martorelli.

Thursday, May 22 is the first scheduled rain date with Friday, May 23 rain date. No. 2.
