2026-27 back-to-school forms can now be completed

All returning NHSD families can now log in to PowerSchool and complete four back-to-school forms:

1. Student Information
2. Health Information
3. Permissions & Agreements
4. Student Contacts

These forms are for returning students entering grades 1-12 only. New students, including new kindergarten students, completed these forms during registration.

The forms must be completed using a PowerSchool parent account either through a web browser or the PowerSchool app. You may not use a student account to complete the forms. From a web browser, click "Forms" from the left-hand menu options and select the "General Forms" tab if not preselected. Using the app, click “More” from the bottom menu options and select "Forms." Change the dropdown to “General Forms" if not preselected.

It is vital that these forms are completed annually to ensure we have complete, up-to-date and accurate information for each student.

Emails on file with the district are used for important school communication including school and districtwide newsletters, and emergency alerts. These forms should be completed ASAP to avoid delays in seeing your child's schedule when available.

The Student Contacts form will remain open throughout the year for parents and guardians to update and edit contact information for primary and emergency contacts. The other three forms (Student Information, Health Information and Permissions & Agreements) may still only be submitted once annually.

Schedules & Teacher Assignments

Student schedules and teacher assignments will be released as follows:

• North Hills Middle School: July 31
• North Hills High School: August 3
• Elementary Schools: August 17
