For the 11th year in a row, NHSD has received national recognition with a Best Communities for Music Education designation.

Students were introduced to the Alka-Rocket Challenge through Bayer’s Making Science Make Sense program.

The proposed budget funds a new certified school nurse and the replacement of 3,600 iPads for students in grades K-8. The 2025-26 final budget will be up for approval at the school board's meeting on June 5.
